We’re heading into wedding season so that means finding dresses for you to wear to these weddings. The key to dressing for a summer wedding is to find out as much about the wedding as possible and plan ahead. Will it be outside? Will it be on the lawn? Should you forgo stiletto heels for a sturdy platform so you don’t spend the day sinking into grass? Will it be inside? Should you plan for a shawl in case the air conditioner is cranked all the way up? The most important piece of the puzzle is the dress. Here’s a few that caught my eye.
This Asos dress is a major score. The sleeves are great if your shoulders are your problem area. This is the dress for you if you’re still working on getting rid of the baby weight. I like to think that, in this dress, I can eat all I want and not have to worry about it showing. The raised hem makes it still cute and attractive.
This Maggie London dress is in the same vein. If you’re a print person and need a longer hem, this is your dress. I love that you can wear this with heels for a formal wedding or flats for a beach wedding.
This Taylor Dress is a great plus-size option. The angle of the armholes slim the arms and the color is very on trend.
